The resort had friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere, making it a great retreat. However, bathroom cleanliness needed improvement, and the dining options fell short during peak times. Overall, enjoyable walks and beautiful pools made the experience memorable.

Does it deliver?
The facility beautifully integrates with the surrounding forest, creating a serene atmosphere where I enjoyed the knowledgeable night walks. The staff were professional and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Our villa needed updating, as the mattress was quite worn out and detracted from our comfort. Additionally, dining options at the on-site restaurants didn't meet expectations for the price.

Dated rooms overshadow great location
The stunning landscapes of Fraser Island left us in awe. Exploring the natural beauty made each day an adventure, even if the hotel fell short in certain areas.
Unfortunately, our room was quite dated, with amenities that felt stuck in the past. It was a shame, considering the potential the location offered for a true getaway.

Perfect retreat for families
Had an awesome time! The villa was super comfy and clean for our family of five. We loved hanging out at the Sand Bar—it’s perfect for kids! Staff were friendly, always ready to help. Just wish the pool was a bit bigger, but overall, we enjoyed every moment.

Couple's relaxing getaway
The place was clean and comfortable I loved the little outdoor balcony overlooking the lake. Also, the staff were friendly and they really made our stay special, especially the bartender who mixed a mean cocktail.
It wasn’t inexpensive but it was still acceptable.

The two-bedroom villa was super spacious and comfy! The staff were welcoming, and the grounds looked great. The pool area was lovely for relaxing. On the downside, the room decor felt a bit dated, and there were some noises from neighboring rooms that could be annoying. But honestly, it didn’t ruin our stay. Just a little refreshing would really make it pop!
